KALIMUDDIN AHMED MEMORIAL AWARD

1. Hostel admission will be completed at the beginning of a session. Academic session for Academy will cover the period from 1st June to 31st May of a year.

2. Boarders will have to pay the monthly mess dues by the first week of every month.

3. Boarders will not be allowed to come out ofthe hostel campus before 7 A.M. and after 6:30 P.M.

4. Gutkha, Sikhar and smoking or alcoholic drinking is strictly prohibited and punishable.

5. Boarders will be provided a bed, a table and a chair each. Other items including bed sheets, pillows etc. will have to be procured by the boarders themselves, they will be provided with a bulb and a fan, they will haveto repair/replace tube lights and chocks whenever necessary.

6. Boarders are allowed to use light and fans. They cannot use electric Heater, Iron, Radio, Tape recorder etc.

7. Boarders will be supplied three meals a day at morning, afternoon and night. Red tea will be supplied in the morning and evening. They will be supplied Meat at dinner on Sunday and Tuesday, Eggs on Monday and Friday, Fish on Wednesday and Saturday, only vegetable meal on every Tuesday.

8. Entrance of female to the hostel is strictly prohibited. Guardians will meet the boarders in the waiting room.

9. There will be no concession of hostel and mess dues for absence of boarders at the hostel. Fees will have to be paid in full for all days.

10. No claim for refund of money will be entertained in case of a boarder leaving or being ordered to leave the hostel before the end of an academic session.

11. The hostel-in-charge will issue such additional orders or notifications as may be deemed necessary from time to time .

12. No boarder can leave the hostel without formal permission of hostel-in-charge.

13. Decision of the Academy authority shall be final and binding in all matters.
